Meet the Cast

Bri Clark She/Her (Elizabeth) graduated with a BA and is now pursuing her MBA at Heidelberg. She has participated in theatrical productions pretty much her whole life! Bri has been in multiple shows here at Heidelberg including Pride and Prejudice, She Kills Monsters, Addams Family, Dangerous Liaisons, Measure for Measure, and many more. She also contributes as the theater department's Scenic Charge and Graphic designer. Bri is excited for her future once she leaves the Heidelberg stage!

Jack Mills He/Him (Jim) is a senior musical theatre major. He has performed in Heidelberg’s production’s Dance Nation as Luke, Lucas in The Addams Family Musical, Puck in A Midsummer’s Night Dream, Slightly in Wendy and Peter, Patchy The Pirate in SpongeBob the Musical, and most recently Francis Henshall in One Man Two Guvnors. He co-directed Misery as well as assistant directed Measure For Measure, and directed The Woman In Black later in the blackbox. He is very excited to play Jim in this production of The Letter G! He would like to say congratulations to CJ Davis for directing his first show. He wants to thank his friends and family for their continuous support. He would also like to thank the cast and crew of The Letter G for their hard work, dedication, and being such great people to work with. Hope you enjoy the show!

Ben Pollizi He/Him (Uncle Lou) is a graduate of Heidelberg’s musical theatre program and is so incredibly thankful to have one more chance to perform at Heidelberg as Uncle Lou. Some of his favorite past roles include Beethoven (Dog Sees God), Oliver Rivers (Puffs), Mr. Collins (Pride and Prejudice), and Nick Bottom (A Midsummer Nights Dream). He would like to thank CJ for trusting him and allowing him to tell Lou’s story, Bri for being such a great friend and collaborator over the last five years and for being a part of this last show with him, and everyone he has had the chance to work with at Heidelberg for shaping him into the artist he is today. Grace Thomas She/Her (Amelia) is so grateful to be a part of telling this incredible story. This is her first blackbox with the Heidelberg theatre department, and she couldn’t have asked for a better first impression! This show means so much to her and she's so incredibly proud of all the work her fellow cast mates and crew members put into making this happen. She’d also like to give a special thanks to her incredible directors for trusting her to make their vision a reality! She hopes everyone really enjoys the show, but most of all she hopes everyone really listens and leaves this show with a more open mind!

Zach Abraham He/Him (Composer) a senior at Heidelberg University, is navigating the diverse realms of Musical Theatre and Accounting as he embarks on his academic journey this spring. Zach eagerly takes the dual-music composer role in the upcoming production with his best friend and inspiration, Amelia Hammond! Beyond the spotlight, Zach extends heartfelt gratitude to his supportive family in Marion, whose unwavering encouragement has fueled his academic and artistic pursuits. Equally significant is his bond with the musical theatre community in Tiffin, where he has found a second family that shares in his creative endeavors. As the curtain rises on The Letter G, Zach extends a “break a leg” to the entire cast and crew!

Sam Barker He/Him (Scenic Charge Artist/Props Designer) is an incoming junior majoring in Theater Production with a minor in Art and Communications. Having come from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio and studying Art and Philosophy, he is excited to now have the opportunity to assist the talented cast and to be able to help in the production of the amazing props and sets on stage. Sam would like to thank his parents, grandparents, and friends back home for all of the support and late night phone calls.

Melaina Brostenianc She/Her (Assistant Stage Manager/Marketing/Sound Design) is a Freshman with a major in Education and a minor in Theatre at Heidelberg University. She has been involved in Heidelberg's production of Fiorello! (Assistant Stage Manager),  Measure for Measure (Marketing), Endgame (Sound Designer/Operator/Marketing), Circle Mirror Transformation (Sound Design/Marketing), and One Man Two Guvnors (Assistant Director/Marketing). She is so thankful for all of the opportunities she has been given thus far and cannot wait to see what the future holds! Enjoy the show!

Christopher (CJ) Davis He/Him (Director) is so excited to have had the opportunity to direct the world premiere of The Letter G! This is his first time fully directing a show and he could not be more thankful for such an outstanding cast and amazing production team. CJ has been both on and off the stage in his time at Heidelberg. He has been seen on stage as Alan in One Man Two Guvnors, Jeff in Porch, Azolan in Les Liaisons Dangereuses, and he can be seen as John Wilkes Booth in the upcoming production of Assassins. As for production, CJ is Gundlach Theatre’s Master Electrician and he has light designed several shows including Woman in Black, Endgame, and he will be assistant light designing Assassins as well. CJ is so thankful for all of the support from his friends and family and wishes everyday to make them proud.

Hannah Lewis She/Her (Stage Manager) is thrilled to be working on another fantastic show here at Heidelberg. She has absolutely adored working with everyone on this production and is excited to be a part of its debut. Hannah also has appeared in various productions on the Heidelberg stage including Fiorello, Measure for Measure and One Man Two Guvnors. She has also worked as props, dramaturg and assistant set design on various productions since coming to Heidelberg and has loved the opportunity to work on both sides. Hannah is so thankful for this opportunity and wants to thank CJ Davis for trusting her with his production as well as the cast and crew for being such spectacular people to work with. She hopes you enjoy the show!!

Sydney Mendez (Assistant Director) is very excited to do their 6th show here in Gundlach! Before this, they were  back home in Florida, performing, Stage Managing, and Music Directing in shows for their high school and local theatre, like Beauty and the Beast (Belle), Once Upon A Mattress (Minstrel), Descendants: the Musical (Music Director), and many more! This is the first time they have directed, and is honored to have been chosen for this show.

Autumn Perry She/Her (Sound Designer) is a Junior Theatre Production and English Literature double major with a minor in Business and is overjoyed to be the Sound Designer for the BlackBox production of The Letter G this March. Autumn has previously been involved in Heidelberg's productions of The Addams Family (Ast. Stage Manager), Eurydice (Stage Manager), Chicago (Stage Manager), Misery (Sound Designer), Top Girls (Sound Designer), Spooky-Dog and the Teen-Aged Gang Mysteries (Sound Designer), Les Liaisons Dangereuses (Stage Manager), Porch (Light Designer), Spongebob (Assistant Technical Director), Fiorello! (Production Stage Manager), The Woman in Black (Set Designer), Measure for Measure (Production Stage Manager), and most recently, One Man, Two Guvnors (Production Stage Manager). Autumn is extremely grateful for her production roles this semester and looks forward to another wonderful semester in the theater. Autumn would also like to thank her loved ones for all the support they offer her!

Lauren Price She/Her (Costume Designer) Lauren is thrilled to be designing this show with Grace Thomas. Previously she has assisted with production elements at Heidelberg such as assistant costume designer and prop work. Most recently Lauren was the Assistant Intimacy/Fight Director for One Man, Two Govnors. In other theaters, she has been stage manager, assistant stage manager, and costumes. She is thrilled to work on and off stage at Heidelberg. She would like to thank CJ Davis, Grace Thomas, and all the members of the production team who have made this such a great experience!

Lexy Saxon She/They (Lighting Designer/Master Electrician) Lexy is a junior theater production major at Heidelberg University. She has designed many shows here at Heidelberg such as Measure For Measure, We Have Apples, and Top Girls. They have also assistant designed multiple times for shows such as Wendy and Peter and Chicago. Over the summer, she designed Godspell for a semi-professional theater, and is returning to the same theater for their production of 9 to 5. She is very excited to be able to have the opportunity to design The Letter G! Lexy has also served as master electrician a few times, and they are excited to be back in the position. She would like to thank all her friends and family for supporting her. They are very excited for everyone to see the show, and she hopes everyone enjoys it!
