Purchase Tickets Online

Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day with a credit card. Tickets will also be available at the door before each performance.

Box Office Hours

The Box Office is open two hours before every show as well as, 12:00-4:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 2:00-4:00pm Tuesday and Thursday. Call (419) 448-2305 to speak with a box office attendant.

Payment Accepted

Eventbrite accepts VISA, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, check, and cash.

Refunds and Exchanges for Single Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable. Single tickets may be moved to another performance of equal or lesser value with 24 hours notice. Latecomers are seated at the discretion of the front of house staff. Call (419) 448-2305 to exchange your tickets.

Subscriber Ticket Exchanges

Subscribers are welcome to exchange their subscription tickets free of charge to another performance of equal or lesser value with 24 hours notice. Call (419) 448-2305 or email boxoffice@heidelberg.edu with your name, scheduled performance date, and the date of the performance you wish to move to. Please include your phone number so that we can confirm the exchange.
