When Junie B. Jones, with her two bestest friends in the world, loses her new furry mittens to some "stealers," she has to investigate. But Junie B. might have something she forgot to return, too.
Join us for a special encore performance of our first Heidelberg University School of Music and Theatre: Theatre for Young Audience Tour. This production will tour to 13 elementary schools during the fall semester. This is your one chance to see this hilarious play perfect for the whole family! (Rated G)

The Santaland Diaries

Turns out being surrounded by children, tinsel and merriment isn't all it's cracked up to be. Humorist David Sedaris wrote about the downside of holiday joy in a collection of fanciful stories based on his experiences called the Santaland Diaries. Performed as a hilarious one-man show, by Visiting Guest Artist David Cotter, this play tells the story of a somewhat-flawed Macy's department store elf named Crumpet as he tries to survive the Christmas season. (Rated PG-13)

The one woman show, made famous by legendary actress Julie Harris, tells the life story of famous poet Emily Dickinson. The audience is invited into the world of Emily Dickinson, with all of its secrets, eccentricities and passions. In her own words, Emily says “Every town must have its local character – and that’s what I am!”
Met with surprises at every turn, she puts pen to paper and overcomes daunting challenges. At times, she is compelled to “stop the world” as creativity starts – and her poems come to life in the unique voice that defied the conventions of her time. It’s a deliriously private world – and Emily Dickinson is our host!
